On the main floor you can enjoy a bright entrance hall, kitchen with dining area furnished and equipped with dishwasher, liquidiser, juicer, 2 fridges, etc., and access to the furnished terrace. Living room with sofa and TV, from which you can also access the pool.
On the same floor there is a double bedroom with two single beds and a full bathroom with a bathtub, a living-dining room with spectacular views of Cala Mesquida beach and access to the porch. The first floor is divided into two double bedrooms, both with a double bed, en-suite bathroom and access to the terrace. One of them has a TV.
Outside there is a 25m2 x 2m swimming pool surrounded by a sun terrace with 8 sun loungers and a bathroom with shower. Terrace with garden furniture. Mobile barbecue. This beautiful house is equipped with a fireplace, equipped with WIFI Internet, 3 TVs. Cala Mesquida beach is about 300 meters away.
The house has air conditioning. The price includes 300kw electricity. The meter will be read on arrival and departure. Extra electricity consumption will be charged at 0.30€/kw.

BOOKED FLIGHTS MUST LAND IN PALMA BEFORE 21:00. KEY COLLECTION WILL BE MADE AT ANY TIME (FLIGHT DELAY, DELAY IN RENTAL CAR PICK-UP, ETC) BUT ARRIVAL WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ON FLIGHTS LANDING IN PALMA AFTER 21:00.
A deposit is required to secure your reservation. A security deposit is required and will be returned at the end of your stay.

Once the reservation is confirmed, a written confirmation will be sent to the guests, and they will be asked to sign accepting the house rules.

A €50 cleaning fee will be charged if you bring pets.

Stayed here with a 3 generation family of 12. We enjoyed the scenic views (best in Cale Mesquida, without a doubt) Lovely nearby beach with white sand and shallow water for the kids. Medium quality restaurants very close by, shopping and old towns in close proximity by car. The place inventory needs a little update to be completely perfect. We can all recommend this host and place for anyone wanting to enjoy one of the best placed mansions in Mallorca.
Wir haben in dieser grosszügigen Villa eine Woche (3 Generationen, 9 Personen) verbracht. Geschätzt haben wir vor allem die wunderschöne Lage mit bezaubernder Aussicht. Alle Zimmer haben ein eigenes Bad, sowie eine eigene Terrasse mit Meersicht. Der gedeckte Essplatz draussen mit Grill direkt neben der Küche ist geräumig und schön angelegt. Alles war tiptop sauber, sogar der Pool wurde Mitte Woche gereinigt. Die Unterkunft ist am Ende einer Sackgasse ruhig gelegen, Schnorcheln in glasklarem Wasser in nächster Nähe ist möglich, wie auch Wanderungen ab Cala Mesquida. Das Mobiliar ist zum Teil etwas in die Jahre gekommen, gewisse Unterhaltsarbeiten sind anstehend, gewichten aber in Anbetracht dieser wirklich grossen Villa und der fantastischen Lage kaum. Wir haben die Familienzeit sehr genossen.
